The Pueblo Hispanic Education Foundation (PHEF) exists to provide opportunities for Hispanics, other minorities and low-income to moderate-income students in Pueblo County and Southern Colorado to pursue higher education.

Over the past 20 years PHEF has awarded 1.7 million to 1,356 scholarship recipients. Yet there are many more students that need our support. By supporting PHEF you are helping provide the greatest gift… an education.
