Donations There is not a single scholarship program of PHEF that could exist without financial contributions from individuals and organizations. A percentage of PHEF's funding comes from grants submitted annually for its work. In addition to these grants, PHEF depends on the contributions and financial support of many, many individuals, businesses and foundations in order to operate. We could not exist without the generosity of people both within the Pueblo community and the community at large who financially support us.
